Google is reportedly preparing to launch a special service for the children. Google's new buzz that children can more freely use various services companies, including email and YouTube.
According to the website Mashable, Wednesday (20/08/2014), with this particular service, the children can make their own Google account for the first time. Currently Google implement a minimum age limit of 13 years to be able to use its services in the United States.
Citing a report from The Information, new measures also will allow users from accessing YouTube among young people with the version of 'child safe'.
For that Google asks users reveal their age when making a Google account on Android devices. In addition, parents will have a special application that can monitor their children's activity on Google services.
This new step is considered to grow the user base of Google drastically, especially among children of the digital activity was monitored by their parents. Currently children under the age estimated to have access to Google's services through a variety of means 'forbidden'.
While reports on the company's plans have been circulated widely, Google reluctant to respond. "We do not want to comment on rumors or speculation," said Google spokesman told Mashable.
